Our direct client in New York City is looking for a Senior Developer/Contractor with strong PL/SQL and XML Publisher (BI Publisher ) skills. Oracle ERP Custom Application and experience in web development using Java UI is required.
Primary Responsibilities
Senior Developer/Consultant will play an important role in design, development, and testing of custom applications within Oracle EBS.
This role is focused on back-end development.
Skills & Requirements
Knowledge of Oracle EBS database is required.
Ability to do JAVA WEB development is required.
Hands-on experience with HTML 5, Javascript and Java UI development is a must.
Very Strong PL/SQL and XML publisher with minimal of 10 years in software development.
Web development HTML5, DHTML, XML, XSL, JSP is a plus.
Architecting and building custom applications that integrate with Oracle EBS.
Experience with Oracle Human Resources, Incentive Compensation application.
Experience in Accounting and Finance functions.
Performing User Acceptance testing of new developments before their implementation.
Ability to translate technical and business requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and business experts.
Financial Services background and a solid understanding of accounting practices.
Experience working on Human resources, compensation, and payroll applications.
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and good organization skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to write clear and concise documents.
Team player who is easy to work with and shows commitment and dedication who can also maintain both a positive attitude and high level of performance on high demand & time-sensitive initiatives.
